What about throwing some cardboard? Might be the most interesting game I have ever met in my life! Magic: The Gathering is full of challenges, and all the different formats makes it almost pure joy to play!
Currently my format of choice is Commander, or EDH if you prefer the “old” name!
The online versions of the game is just not as fun for me as the real-world paper throwing.
Spelltable is a good alternative, specially during this whole covid-time..
I prefer MTGO over MTG Arena, due to more formats being present. Quite clunky compared to the Arena client but yeah, feels more like real MTG.
My current list of commanders (well, the one in boxes ready to take along):
– Trostani, Selesnya’s Voice
– Thantis, the Warweaver
– Ghalta, Primal Hunger (My backpack deck, that is with me almost always, just in case)
– Norin the Wary (being build, very much inspired by Brando from CCO)
